We want you to be completely satisfied with your DeFi Digs purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer easy returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery through our Redo return portal.

Redo: Simple Returns, Peace of Mind

At checkout, you have the option to add two convenient services powered by Redo:

• Shipping Protection: This nominal fee safeguards your order against loss or damage during transit.
• Hassle-Free Returns: For a small fee, pre-purchase return shipping and enjoy the convenience of easy returns. Redo provides the return label, simplifying the process.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

1. Visit our Redo Return Portal.
2. Enter your email address, order number, or tracking number.
3. Select your preferred return or exchange option.
4. Follow the prompts provided by Redo.

Return Policy Details:

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery (7 days is suggested for misprints). Returns for Items must be initiated  within this timeframe. Once initiated, the customer has 14 days to return the item. 
• Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• International Orders: Due to shipping costs, we are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
• Return Shipping: If the "Hassle-Free Returns" option was not selected at checkout, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. An 8% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Processing: Returns are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
